 Karla Newman, Administrative Secretary
Karla handles the phone calls and mail that comes into the office and coordinates the calendar and meetings for the staff. She updates donor files, handles retreat registrations and assists with events sponsored by the Presentation Sisters.

Barb manages the recording of donations made to the Sisters and ensures ongoing communication with the donors. Barb oversees the Presentation Sisters new online giving program. She is also in charge of general office functions.

Jenny coordinates and implements the special events sponsored by the Presentation Sisters. Jenny writes grants for the Sisters and assists with the completion of the budget process.
