Biography:
Sister Madeleine (Marina) Hohn attended Ethan Independent Elementary School and graduated from high school there in 1935. She attended Presentation School of Nursing at St. Joseph’s Hospital, graduating August 25, 1941 and was a registered nurse in South Dakota and Montana. She did post graduate work at St John’s Hospital in Springfield, Ill. and St. Louis University, St. Louis, Mo. and St. Teresa College, Winona, Minn.
Sister Madeleine was an instructor in the schools of nursing at St. Joseph’s Mitchell, S.D., Holy Rosary, Miles City, Mont. And St. Luke’s, Aberdeen, S.D. She served as Dean of Women at Presentation College and taught in the School of Practical Nursing, Mitchell, S.D.
